DAVID J. NORMAN, III
Dave was born in 1957 and is a lifelong Terrebonne Parish native. He graduated from Vanderbilt High School in 1975 and attended the University of Southwest Louisiana, where he graduated in 1979. He attended law school at Louisiana State University and graduated in 1982. After receiving his Juris Doctorate, Dave served as a law clerk for the Honorable Morris Lottinger, Retired Chief Judge of the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal. 

Upon completing this clerkship, Dave went into private practice, where he focused on corporate, commercial, municipal, and personal injury law.  He was also an assistant parish attorney for the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government from 1993 to 1999, as well as parish attorney for 1999. He is general counsel for both the Houma-Terrebonne Airport Commission and the Consolidated Waterworks District No.1.

Dave is admitted to practice law in all Louisiana state courts, the Eastern and Western Districts of the Federal Courts in Louisiana and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. He is a member of the Terrebonne Bar and Louisiana State Bar Associations.  He has represented injured victims successfully in Louisiana and other states during his entire practice.

DAVID B. ALLEN
David was born in Lake Charles, La., in 1953. He moved to Terrebonne Parish in 1965. After graduating from Terrebonne High School in 1971, he attended Louisiana Tech University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology in 1976. David attended Louisiana State University Law School and graduated in 1981. He performed a clerkship with the Honorable William Brown, 19th Judicial District Court in Baton Rouge and has been practicing law in the private sector since 1982 with a primary focus on injured persons and their families.

David is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of the Federal Courts, the United States 5th Circuit of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. He has also been admitted on an ad hoc basis in Mississippi, Missouri, Rhode Island, Nevada, and Texas.

David is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, and the Terrebonne Bar Association. He has successfully represented clients in Louisiana and throughout the United States who have been involved in accidents that took place in the U.S. and abroad.
