DAVID B. ALLEN

David was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana in 1953. He moved to Terrebonne Parish in 1965. After graduating from Terrebonne High School in 1971, he attended Louisiana Tech University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1976. David chose to attend Louisiana State University Law School, graduating in 1981.  David  then performed a one year clerkship with the Honorable William Brown, 19th Judicial District Court in Baton Rouge. David has been in the private practice of law since 1982 with almost exclusive emphasis on representing injured persons and their families.

David is a admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of the Federal Courts, the United States 5th Circuit of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. He has also been admitted on an ad hoc basis in Mississippi, Missouri, Rhode Island, Nevada and Texas.

David is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Terrebonne Bar Association. He had successfully represented clients in Louisiana and through out the United States arising out of accidents occurring in the States and abroad.

DAVID J. NORMAN, III

Dave is a life long Terrebonne Parish native, having been born in Houma in 1957. He graduated from Vanderbilt High School in 1975 and thereafter attended and graduated from the University of Southwest Louisiana in 1979. He then and entered  law school at Louisiana State University  graduated in 1982. After receiving Juris Doctorate, Dave served as a law clerk to the Hon. Morris Lottinger,  Retired Chief Judge of the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal. 

Upon completing this clerkship, Dave has been in the private practice of law, practicing corporate, commercial, municipal and personal injury law. He was also an Assistant  Parish Attorney for the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government from 1993 through 1999 and Parish Attorney for 1999.

Dave is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, the Eastern and Western Districts of the Federal Courts in Louisiana and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. He is a member of the Terrebonne Bar and Louisiana State Bar Associations.
